March’s Driver of the Month was awarded to lease purchase driver, Steve Schleder! 🎉

Steve has been driving OTR for about 19 years, but has driven tankers for us at STS since the beginning of 2020 🚛

He’s originally from Houston, but has lived in Virginia Beach with his family in recent years. He’s a proud #girldad of 3 daughters! 👧

When he’s home, Steve enjoys cooking, specifically grilling 🍗 his favorite food to cook is ribs!

On the road, Steve’s go-to snack of choice is a Slim Jim — classic! His advice to young drivers is that “You get out of your company what you put in.” This couldn’t be more true 🙌
